We provide comprehensive strategic planning, as well as customized services and support within the specific stages in this process. Appropriate for all white-led organizations. Ideal for organizations interested in addressing the root causes of diversity recruitment and retention challenges, and/or engagement with diverse communities.

Assessment, planning and engagement for organizations interested in expanding their mission and programs to align with authentic social justice and equity. Appropriate for organizations interested in increasing efficacy and impact in accountable social justice. Ideal for organizations and companies with competency in social services or environmental sustainability, but lacking in equity alignment and implementation.

Coaching

Team Coaching

Group coaching on comprehensive or targeted aspects of anti-racism. Appropriate for teams, departments, boards, groups and families; available for groups between 5-12 participants. We provide an assessment, coaching plan, specific tools and resources to support your group’s coaching plan, and bi-weekly or monthly sessions.
