White Racial Development Workshop

In this workshop, Sofia Olson will offer a presentation using an Internal Family Systems lens to help white people identify the processes that create our reactiveness or shutdown around racism and offer
solutions for how to move toward a more grounded engagement in dismantling racism.  Participants will have an opportunity to learn a schema of white racial development as well as reflect on their own
internal experiences and behaviors.
